Turns out that I've got a bigger migration window. How about we push
the moving date from 29 July to 29 August?

We're still trying to get it on osgeo. Failing that, we have either
googlecode. Having said this, does anything object to sourceforge?
Sean: you mentioned you bypassed sf the first time around. Any reasons
we should be aware of?

Kai and I wanted to begin with Subversion and Sourceforge didn't offer
it at the time. Now it does. SF seems a lot better now overall.
